Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.

Grab or Lalamove orders with payments confirmed before 12 PM will be shipped out on the same day.

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and parcel weight after your order is confirmed. We'll notify you of the exact amount before your order ships.

Shipping fees will be collected upon delivery and paid directly to the courier in cash.

You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.

All items/claims for warranty are carry-in. Mishandled, improperly integrated, physical damage (burnt, dent, cracked), and tampered warranty sticker voids the warranty.

Items for warranty must be complete with original contents/packaging and accompanied by warranty receipt.

We accept bank deposits, money transfer, credit card (in-store), and cheque payments (subject to 3 banking days clearing).

The products will be reserved until 6 PM of the next business day, provided payment and proof of payment are received before that time.
